Born in London, I came to Italy in 1990 (as a London college of communication student) to work for a small Venetian studio on a wayfinding project for the Italian Fiat factory in Turin, I then moved to a Treviso studio to work again on the Fiat and other brands. After a few years in the Ducati factory working on corporate I.D. projects in Bologna, I set up my own studio, working with clients such BMW, Campagnolo and Fulcrum.

Infact of all the brands we’ve designed since the 90’s, none of them have ever been re-designed, One of our larger clients has just celebrated 30 years with us. These long lasting relationships are not because we call them every day or offer them coffee, infact we never do, I think it’s because they know that the more we know about them, the more we can solve their problems with the minimum of discussion. We know them :)

We have a very different approach to designing brands; we simply apply them on the first presentation to where their principle use is, This not only helps clients to understand a new brand, but also eliminates the “wonderful” proposal that just doesn’t work.
Unfortunately, a bad sense of direction has always been part of me, If i close my eyes and turn round I’m lost. so I’ve always bee fascinated in signage and wayfinding, so much so that I planned and designed a full system for my college and integrated it (using 1980’s computer graphics into a video). Yes i did!, was I the first in history?
